Fammy.lk is a same-day grocery delivery service. You order online, we buy items from local stores, and deliver them fresh to your door.
How does it work?
Place your order → We buy from nearby stores → We deliver it to your doorstep the same day.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to selected zip codes in Gampaha and nearby areas. Enter your location on our site to check availability.
What are your delivery hours?
We deliver from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Orders after 6:00 PM are delivered the next day.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, fees depend on your postal code. You’ll see the fee before checking out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept only **bank transfers**. Card payments are coming soon!
Do you have all grocery items?
We provide most regular items: fruits, veggies, snacks, toiletries, etc. We’ll contact you if something is out of stock.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive updates via SMS or WhatsApp. Our rider will also call before delivery.
Can I schedule a delivery time?
Yes! Add your preferred time during checkout. We’ll try our best to match it.
What if something I received is wrong or damaged?
Contact us via WhatsApp or phone within 2 hours of delivery. We’ll correct it or refund you.
